Customer Insight outlook plug-in -> place filter on item description

Hi All,

my client is using Customer Insights in Outlook, a lot. And loves it, too.

They would like to filter by description on items page in the customer insights.
I do not see any filtering option, so I would like to ask if filter can be placed on item list page under Customer Insights?
