Sync all Azure AD users to Dynamics CRM

Is it possible to sync all Azure AD users to Dynamics CRM? Currently only users with a Dynamics CRM license are synced. But we would also want to sync the other users. It's ok that these users are disabled in the system, but for example now the 'Manager' field stays empty, because that user isn't synced to Dynamics CRM.

Is this possible with Out of the Box functionality, without temporarily adding a Dynamics 365 license to the user?

No its not possible unless you assign the license temporary.

Hi there,

Nowadays users can be added to Dynamics 365 by assigning them the Microsoft Flow Free license.

Are you trying to sync all the users, just so you can get those fields like "Manager" populated with values? If the ultimate goal is to populate the Manager field, then you can refer this great blog post - https://2die4it.com/?p=155
