Aged Accounts Receivable -

Posted on by 10

we started using Dynamics 365 BC in October of 2021.

When opening the Aged AR window it always has a date in the "Aged as of" field from months ago and the Customer filter always has a customer No. (name)

I have tried everything to clear the date with out success.

Seems so simple.

    JPS,

Adding to the other replies, enter an Aged as of Today, then Preview or Print to PDF/paper. Then make sure you completely SIGN OUT from your User icon in top right.

This should set the last date used.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    Steve

check out report settings. I’d delete your entry for this report. Give you a clean slate with no saved filters. Could be that you’re inheriting someone else’s filters, as this is a possibility.

Try printing to pdf. Make sure that you LOG OUT, don't just close the program.

I just tried that. I had tried that before and it still shows that date from December of last it. It does not update.

Clear the data....you'll have to put a date, run the report (preview works), log out of BC.  When you log back in, you should see just the date which should always be updated anyway.
