We move inventory frequently in our warehouse based on available space when the inventory is received. Some items can have as many as a dozen or more locations held within the system at one point or another. We would like to eliminate all locations exept where the system currently shows inventory to be held.

Check the contents of IV10003 (Inventory Bin Quantities Work)

If you can be sure there are bogus entries in here for the bins you are trying to remove you can delete the offenders from IV10003.

Just be sure that you don't have legitimate pending inventory transactions that match on the IVDOCNBR and IVDOCTYP columns.
