Hi All
When a case is closed the portal attachments are not visible. Hence the customer is unable to access the attachment when a case is closed. Can we enable the attachment to be visible on the portal even when the case is closed?

This is a out of the box behaviour... Once the case is closed the attachments are not getting displayed on the portal case
Yes we are using Entity forms

Can you please provide more info before finding exact issue, on which mode are you showing the record (I am assuming that you are using Entity form?) please confirm it
