Exchange server (hybrid) error

i'm getting the below issue when testing the email server connection

Aquiring Token from ACS has failed. Please check if your tenantId is specified correctly in your Email Server Profile, and make sure your Exchange and CRM are under the same tenant

CRM : Dynamics crm 365 online

Exchange on premise

    Hi Chadi,

    Configure the Exchange Server for (SAS) security instead of (ACS).
