Hi,
I have a shared mailbox all linked up to receive incoming emails and crates cases and that works just great. But when it comes to replying to email the reply always comes from my account as default. i can change it and send from the shared mailbox, but it owuld be easier to not have to remember to do this each time. Is there a way to change this so that support replies go from the support@ email rather than mine?
Hi there,
In case if you want all emails should be sent from sharedmailbox then I would suggest to either write a Power Automate or Plugin to populate the shared mailbox on creation of new email
Kindly refer other thread regardign the same

I recently worked on the same requirement, We written a script for email form, on launch set the shared mailbox as sender to email form.
So user dont have to worry to change it.
Thanks
That sounds exactly what I am looking for, would it be possible for you share a little more information on how you did it - I'm completely new to D365.
Is it possible to make it conditional, so it only applies it when it's for case not for a lead or opportunity?
