Set up default sorting by lot number

Hi,

I was given a task lately to setup the default lot sorting by the lot number rather than the Date received. I've search everywhere(at least I think its everywhere!) but cannot find anything that enables me to do this. Could anyone shed some light on this one?

As outlined in above picture, we would like to have the lots sorted by lot number automatically rather then manually changing the sort type every time.

It looks like there is a way to sort it by the Expiration date. It is under Inventory setup.

Hello! Did you ever find resolution for this? This has plagued me for a while, and now has popped back up again. There HAS to be a way to do this! Tried Modifier, but no luck. Well, not obvious to me anyway.

There is no default sortion options available for lot number sorting in GP.
