Why am I getting the error message' You have TechAssist Quantities sold, but not processed. They must be processed first.' in GP 2010 when trying to invoice a service call?

When trying to mark a Field Service call as ready to invoice in GP 2010, an error message is appearing that says "You have TechAssist Quantities sold, but not processed.  They must be processed first."  We have never seen this before, have never had Tech Assist installed, and have several service calls that are nearly identical to this one.  We tried zeroing the parts out and removing all Labor to process the call but have had no luck.

I was able to determine that a customization was filling in the field FUFILDT on the SVC00203 table with the current date.  When this was reverted to 1/1/1900, the issue was resolved.
