D365 Commerce - Why do i get empty statements without transactions (no error)

Hello experts,

we are experiencing some odd behavior within our D365 Commerce tenant. We are able to post statements without errors, but the statements show no line.

Under "Statistics" i am able to view the correct amounts, but no transactions are shown.

Any idea why that is?

Hello and thanks for your reply.

I have checked what you suggested and can confirm that I am able to see the sales transactions within the path you recommended.

We have only used simple scenarios so far (mostly sales with one line only, no returns or mixed transactions).

Any other idea what could be the issue here?

Hi Michael,

can you please check Inquiries/Transactions and then Sales transactions? Do you see any transactions there?

Maybe there is a scenario when sales and return are in the same transaction.
