How to apply e-signature for any user in SSRS report

I want to check the availability of apply the e-signature of the user submitted by workflow in purchase order and the final user approved this purchase order to be confirmed in SSRS report dynamically when open this report

Hi,

Can you explain what you mean by an e-signature? Do you need to add a picture with the signature of the user who approved the PO? If so, this is not supported out of the box and requires a customization.
