Dear Friends,
I have a case of Hospitality industry:
1/ The XYZ company sell a house to A customer
2/ This company give a rent contract to customer want to operation lease for house
3/ This customer will pay some money fees to maintain the house
4/ The customer will have 14 days free of this house
5/ In the end of the year, the company will pay operating profit money from renting houses
Question:
1/ Can the standard functionality of ERP system support it?. Thank you.

Hi Nguyen, Yes this functionality can be there in Standard ERP system. 4 and 5 will be customization, another part can be configured in ERP.
