How to add Fiscal period validation on Transfer Orders in Inventory Module?

At the Moment you only have Code validations on ShipDate and ReceiveDate, if the combination is right.
You can add a fiscal period Validation here, based on ShipDate, when the Transfer order is created.
Receipt, on the other Hand, can be delayed, or could be in the next period due to n number of reasons. Do you want to restrict this as well?

I have to add this validation on posting date of shipment as well as receive. This should not allow to ship or receive if the posting date is onhold
Where to add the code, on which class?
Can you share the code also?
InventTransferUpdShip.validate()
and
InventTransferUpdReceive.validate() -- there's no validate method by Default in this class. Make one similar to the ship class..
