Test & Enable Mailboxes fails. Alerts are blank.

Using Dynamics 365 version 8.2 on-premises.  My exchange server profile is set to Windows Integrated Auth.  My Exchange 2013 is also on-premises.

Both incoming and outgoing sync methods are set to Server-side synchronization

I've tried both Windows Integrated Auth and Credentials specified by a user in my server profile but neither works.

Since the alerts are blank, I'm not sure how to proceed.  Any ideas?

Did you use the Test & Enable Mailboxes button from the Email Server Profile or did you try it from an individual mailbox? They have their own alerts so just want to double check that you didn't miss it in the other entity..

    Thanks, Daniel.

I tried in both places.  Same result for both.  Alerts are blank.

When doing it from the Email Server Profile, it's not clear which mailboxes are being tested.  ....just an observation.

The same issue today. All mail boxes stopped working today. We have Onprem with Server side sync. Help!

I switched my Exchange Email server profile to authenticate using Credentials specified by a user or queue and is started working!  Not sure why this didn't work before.

It's a small step forward.  I'd really like this to work with Windows Integrated Auth.  I'll mark this as answered and start a new thread if needed.  Thanks everyone for your input.

I"m having same issue. Works when I manually enter credentials (which is not a valid production solution), but  not with windows integrated auth.
