How to set a default location for an item in Purchase Requisition

Hi,

I would like to know if there's a way of having default inventory location in purchase requisition.

For example, for item A101 I set default site and warehouse in Default order setting.

Also, I set default receipt location in Warehouse items page in Released Products.

When entering this item in a new PO, then the system shows default site, warehouse and location automtically.

However, it seems this does not work in purchase requisition. only default site and warehouse appears not location.

Does anyone know if this is not supported in PR and a customization is required?

    Hy,
     
    you need to setup the "default order settings" for purchase for that item.
    This is done in "relased products", Manage Inventory, "Default order settings" for Purchase Order.

    Unfortunately default receipt location is not defaulted on the purchase requisition lines.

    To resolve your issue, you first need to setup the "default order settings" for purchasing of an item.
    this you can do it in "released product"-> "Manage inventory" -> "Default order setting" for the Purchase Order.
