Dear AX Experts,

I got a requirement to update the address that's displaying Cust Account Statement Footer

I did a search in SSRSReport_CustAccountStatementExt SSRS report to find the text but no Luck.

Can some one please help me with the correct report /Class name to update the address?

You need to open SSRS report design and see what field is used to show an address. Then you can find table field in AOT and use cross references to see how it is populated.

I wonder if footer text in business documents comes from setup, probably that could be reason you are unable to find address field on footer of report when you are watching design. Do you want to update some text on next location and then rerun-report please?

Accounts Receivables >> Setup >> Form >> Form Notes >> Customer external a/c statement

Either create new text or modify existing if there is already.

My assumption and thought can be wrong as well because we don't know if your report is customized or not.

    Thanks Sohaib for the response.

I have added address in Customer external a/c statement in the mentioned path and when I ran it address not updated.

But I can see another entry for Collection Letter and when I updated address in that the same has reflected in Collection letters.

For Account statements , seems some customization exist in my company which I am trying to figure out.
