Hello everyone,

I have several bank statements sent from the bank that have starting dates and end dates from 31/01/2020 to 04/01/2020:

In this bank statement I have a transaction at 05/01/2021:

Because of this date, dynamics doesn't allow me to validated and reconcile this bank statement.

Have you ever had this issue before ? Thank you for your help.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

In the bank parameters there is a validate date difference parameter.

Have you enabled this one and specified an allowed date difference?

    This should fix the issue.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

Can you check this on Cash and bank management >>Set up>>Parameter- Select bank reconciliation - set validate date difference to yes and mention the allowed date difference.

    Thanks,

    Sheela

    Hello Sheela,

    Even with this parameter :

    I still have a warning:

Do you know why please ?

    Thank you.

    Hello Pierre,

You got the correct parameter but the allowed difference is set to low.

If I see you data in the screenprints above, I would enter 6 instead of 3 in the parameter field.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
