Hello All CRM Experts,
We have cloned our CRM instance from live to a new one for dev purpose.
In new instance Notes is keep showing Loading and we can't save any new notes or view existing notes.
Any help is appreciated.

Is this cloned environment Online or OnPremise? If OnPremise, did you have a chance to collect any trace log files to llok for evidences?
You can also use Fiddler tool and F12 Dev console to collect more data during problem reproduction, also confirm if problem repro in other browser as well, so share your results with us.
--If your org is Online you can work with Support team to get platform traces and look for evidences.
