Hi,
I can find drillback column in excel report but I can't find any hyperlink or even I am not able to open the transaction or record from the report directly. I want to open sales transaction directly from GP report Kindly provide the solution with details

I think you are saying that you have the drill back url shown but when you try to use it it does not work.
Does anything at all happen?
Have you got the Dynamics GP logged in and open?
Does restarting the machine clear the problem.
Check your event log for errors after clicking it.
Repair the install of GP may be an option if your protocol handler has become unregistered...
