Configuring outlook addin for business central using a shared exchange mailbox

Hello, 
 
I've installed the Business Central ADDINs in my outlook, it works perfectly from my inbox. However, Business Central tab disappears when going to a shared inbox, see screenshots below:

Does anybody know how to fix this?
