Non-for-profit pricing Australia

Hello,

We are looking to implement Dynamics 365 in our organisation but I am confused of the pricing and was hoping someone could shed some light. I work for an Australian non-for-profit organisation where we need 850 employees to have access to the field services application only. We would then require a further 50 full licences to full Dynamics 365 with a handful of those being system admin licences. However we will not have 850 concurrent users so can we create a licence pool?

I'm confused with licences labelled "Enterprise edition", "Customer Service", "Team Members" and "Sales" and what each licence entitles us too. We are also weighing up prices based on on-premises and cloud licences.

Your help is much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Daniel

    Hi Daniel,

as non-profit has a dedicated pricing and the pricing is based also on your country, I strongly suggest to contact a Microsoft Dynamics Partner based in Australia to assist you with the purchase of the licenses.

    Hi Guido,

Thank you for your quick reply! I completely agree with you and we are going down that avenue. However it seems to be a slow process and it would be very helpful to compare ideas and numbers with Dynamics experts to ensure the pricing we are quoted is on par with our expectations.

Hopefully I'm posting this in the right area.

    Thank you,

    Daniel

if you are worried about the quotation a partner did to you, ask a quotation to other partners, choosing the Microsoft Partner is an important step for the success of your implementation.

I don’t expect people start to write digits on a public forum, especially for licenses like the non-profit one

pls follow guido's advice. Sometimes partners do get the lesser price compared to retail price of Microsoft based on the volume.I too strongly advice you to go through partners for the implementation. if you think Quote on the license is the issue that you can negotiate.

Ok, thank you both for your response. I will ensure we receive more than one quote for reference.

    Kind regards
