Where in SQL Server 2008 can I find Customer Item Numbers?  IV00101 has the Item Master, but I need to specifically find Item Numbers, Customers and the Customer Item Numbers that have been created in Cards -> Sales -> Customer Items

This information is stored in the Sales Customer Item Cross Reference (SOP60300).

Remember, from any window, you can go to Tools > Table Import to find any tables used on a window.

Tools > Resource Descriptions > Tables can be cross-referenced to determine the user friendly "Display Name" (used in SmartList/Excel Report Builder) and the Physical Name (SQL) of any table.

Assuming your user has security to these areas.
