Sorry guys this is a known bug with SL 2015 Microsoft has an hotfix for it you will have to get the update from customer source however you will have to get Sl 2015 CU1 installed within your environment in order to use this patch. You will also have to upgrade your clients to CU1 also in order to have them access the updated environment.
I am getting the same issue also i am using Dynamics SL 2015 CU1. The report is generated blank. Checking the report from crystal i noticed that the report pulls from the following tables WrkCaBalances and rptcompany however they are blank when the report is executed. Researching i learnt that these tables should be populated in runtime however they arent. I will trace the application and let you know shortly

You have not specified which version of SL you are using. Also are you printing the summary or detailed format of the Bank Reconciliation report?
