Hi,

I created a new entity, I can access it but whenever I click the form button to customize. A pop out window says " (Name of the entity) is not a recognized object type" this entity is the source of my roll up field in the account entity but the rollup field is not working. I'm thinking it has something to do with this

    Seems there is an js issue on your form.. try to remove the js functions associated.. hope this helps

    Are you able to customize the entity if you are going into the solution or customizations -> customize the system?

    If so, it is possible there is a caching issue. Does this happen with all browsers or only particular ones? Can you try doing the same using In-Private/Incognito mode?
