Changing Public IP of AX Server

Hi Everyone,

In Test environment we have an AX Finance & Operations Server which is installed on an Azure VM.

Last week I had to change Public IP address of the server. After changing IP address, we can still RDP to server. It works fine.

But when it comes to Dynamics Login link ( xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.axcloud.dynamics.com ) , none of us can connect to that address like before from our local pcs. The address works just from servers local, not from outside.

I am not sure but maybe Microsoft should update the DNS Record from their side to match the new IP address.

Need help.

You need to speak to your network administrator, or you can try to do it yourself. You are looking for exposing your VM on the LAN
