Hello,
I want to setup an FAQ Page in my Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 custom portal in which I can display some questions and related answers.
Is there any existing templates that can be used to integrate a standard FAQ page formats and features? Or can we integrate a 3rd party tool for the same?
Please suggest.

You can create your own custom page (web template), use knowledge base or custom entity and display the results in entitylist.
Take a look at the following blog post in the community blogs:

Hope this helps.
Hi Inkey Solutions
Sure, this is possible.
1) The simplest option is to create single knowledge base article which will have list of questions, and answers below. Questions will be a link which referrer internal anchor on the page with answer to this question. This is quite easy to support, as require manual editing of the single knowledge article.
2) more complex but more universal solution is to create as many KB articles, as you have questions and associate them with one category, say "FAQ". Than you can create custom page at the portal, with custom web template, and using liquid show the articles from this category in desired format. It will be much easier to support later, and more generic solution, but require more work initially.
