User accidentally rejected a PO. How to re-submit?

One user accidentally reject a PO; which should he be approving. How can we resubmit or at least restart the workflow?

I have tried reading this page but it does not say how to re-submit: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/fin-ops/organization-administration/workflow-actions

The PO is not showing a submit button.

The workflow says it is pending.

    Hi Kito,

Can you give the steps mentioned in link below a try and see if would allow you to make change and submit again.

Check if workflow message processing batch job is running or not?

    >>>> Yes it is running. Please see pic from form Tutorial_WorkflowProcessor .

Also check the history of the workflow from View-> history option to see if there are any errors during workflow processing?

    >>>> No errors.

You can temporarily do is to start Tutorial_WorkflowProcessor form and then click Start button to forcefully process the workflow task stuck in the queue.

    >>>> No items on queue.

One thing more you need to check if the workflow batch job group has any AOS server assigned or not?

    >>>> Yes, there is. All other workflow for POs are fine, just this one.

    Helllo Kashiru Kito,

Can you please check the following:

    1) In case your workflow is completed: If this is the case then you should be able to see and press the 'recall' button in the workflow history form. This allows you to start all over again with the workflow.

    2) In case the workflow is not completed yet but for example escalated to the wrong person: In this case, a system admin can reassign a workflow task in the workflow history form. There is a button that your user does not seem to have, which allows assigning a different user to a work item that has been created. If this is the case, then please talk to one of your system admins for some help.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
