Hi, Inge is right, the Item blocking feature in BC can only provide the following limitations.

| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Blocked | You cannot use the item for any item transaction. |
| Sales Blocked | You cannot enter the item in a sales document or in a sales item journal. |
| Purchasing Blocked | You cannot enter the item in a purchase document, in a purchase item journal, or in purchase planning processes. |

There is nothing OOTB for this.
And I am not aware of any 3.party solution for it.
AppSource did not give me much either

But it could be pretty easily customized f.ex- by adding a function that will prevent you to enter anything on a sales order if there is not a customer specific pricelist with an entry of the item you try to add to a sales order.,
