Hi,

Calculate withholding tax does not show on customer form, however it shows on the vendor form. The licence setup is enabled for  withholding tax. Any setup missing?

Thanks

Sam

    Hello Sam,

Can you share some screenprints that illustrate this issue and let us know the exact AX2012 version that you operate?

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

I found the same scenario happening on Contoso on D365

If you go to GBSI on the customer form you find the tax withholding

If you go to USSI then it is not there

Let me know if you have the same and if yes wat could be causing the difference

    Thanks

    Sam

    Hi Sam,

    I see the same.

If I open a US based company then I do not see the withholding tax option.

For a GB company the setup is there.

Yet, if you hover over the fields that you see in GBSI then I can see that the field name ends with ...TH.

To me, this looks like a special field available for Thailand.

Not sure if this can be the underlying issue.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Does that mean it is a localization installation?

    Thanks

    Hello Sam,

I compared this parameters with what I have available in AX2012 and noticed that you can see the parameter for the following countries/regions:

    TH, SA, GB, IE.

This parameter seems thus not be available everywhere.

If you need it for example in a US environment, talk to a developer whether this feature can be made generally available.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
