Methodology to crash course up-skill latest CRM D365 system administrator OOTB foundational system configuration know-how?

I'm very new to the practice of CRM365 under such harsh time to work for a living in a new job transition in a few weeks. Dire in cash so unable to pay for courses and no job mentor-ship got to self learn somehow during this period.

Needed some kind advice from senior folks here. Any good free online crash course/topics/tutorial/forum/videos(good youtube videos) and etc to self learn and pick up the skill set fast. So as to get my foundations/skills right to perform the job well on the latest CRM365 out-of-the-box (Sales/Customer Service) system customization knowledge to be a proficient OOTB system administrator based on user requirements customization (Security access, Entity creation, PowerApp: BPF, workflow, Business rules, and everything under realm of OOTB viable).

Sort of lost after googling with so many old deprecated noise of past CRM dynamics confusing my studies.
