Ttsbegin ttscommit issue in AX in batch process while integration

Hi,

We have created batch integration to create project on AX end based on some inputs from CRM end. But sometimes batch process is failing and throwing below error:

Infolog for job CRM to AX Project Integration (5637213192)Infolog for task CRM to AX Project Integration (5637216091) Unbalanced TTS

I am not able to debug the root cause as it is running fine after this error and AX is allowing manually to create project.

What will happen to my transaction if project is not created in this particular batch run. Is it due to some kind of interruption transaction is not getting completed? Is there any other place where I can get more details about particular record?

(In CRM there will be one plan against which one project is created in AX end)

Regards,

Smit

    Hi Sukrut,

Thanks for your reply. Yes ttsbegin and ttscommit is used in balanced manner only. If that is not the case then I might have received compile time error only.

And this batch class is entirely customized class so we can not compare it anywhere.

I will update if I find any solution.

    Regards,

If the class is completely yours, it seems that the bug is in your code. Don't expect compiler to find such bugs for you; there are cases that can't be detected even theoretically by mere static analysis.

If you can't find any problem by reviewing your code, consider sharing it with others for review and/or introduce tracing to understand what's going on in your code.
