Hi Team,

In Dynamics 365 CRM can we hide or show the templates based on the update of the form's field value.

We have 5-Word Templates

Template A,

Template B,

Template C,

Template D,

Template E

We want to show just two templates—Templates A and B—and hide the other templates based on the update of the form's field value.

Do you mean the word template option shown here?

Unfortunately, we can't show/Hide one specific template based on field value.
In fact, these uploaded templates are stored as records in the following tables("Document Template”, “Personal Document Template” ):

The hiding or showing of records relies on permissions control by security roles:
