I've tested the result on warehouse receipt and put-away with default receive Bin, a default Bin content and put away BIN.
Example:
Default receive BIN = QA
Item 1 with default BIN content = Receive
Item 2 without default BIN content
On the PO line, the item 1 shows BIN 'Receive', but the item 2 shows blank BIN
When I posted the warehouse receipt, the item 1 shows BIN 'Receive' and item 2 shows BIN 'QA'.
I'm thinking the usage for default receive BIN and default BIN content.
If we apply a default receive BIN for all items, then we can set it up against location.
If we wanna apply a default BIN for a specific item, then we set it up in BIN content.
However, when I continue to proceed the warehouse put-away, the default BIN is neither QA nor RECEIVE.
On the line, the inventory will be taken from either QA/RECEIVE, it depends on item 1 / 2 in my example.
However, both of them will be placed into same BIN which I don't know where to set it up.
Can anyone tell me where I can set up the default BIN for put-away?
I don't find it in Put-away template.
