Hi,

I have to cancel a PR which was generated in past, couple of years

the PR follows workflow for approval.

the PR is in Draft status.

When I try to cancel, the system throws a error as " Verify that it is in a status of 'Approved' and has no accounting errors"

Regards

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Sriram GS,

Only purchase requisition lines that have been approved can be canceled.

If you dont need it, you can directly delete it.

    Hi Sriram GS,

No. It is impossible. Only approved status can achieve it.
