Error 0 when trying to add an existing item (fresh install V9.0.20.7, new organisation)

Posted on by 10

Hello,

I am facing the following error with my CRM on-premise setup. First I found this error 1 week ago and i tried everything and I ended up deleting everything, reinstalling SQL server 2016, reinstalling new CRM 9.0.20.7 and creating an empty new organisation.

And i stil have the same error.

When I try to create an order and adding an existing item from the price i get a red cross error and a code saying 0. (photo attached).

I guess something is wrong with same accounts, permission or something due to the fact everything is brand new installed.

    Ciao,

For point 3 if you look in the screenshot you will see that the only error message available is "0" :(

    Will check the others 2.

    Hi Partner,

    Please check the following points.

1.Try to use the admin security role and try again.

2.Open the F12 developer tool to find if there is complete error message.

3.Move your mouse to the red cross and check if there is any error message.

If this issue still exists, please raise a ticket to Microsoft for more professional help.

    Regards,

    Leo
