Add Inputs to Ribbon Buttons calling Flows

hi all,

I have searched and I am not resorting to asking the community.

Is there a way to create a custom button for Dynamics 365 ribbon that lets the user add inputs And pass selected record fields? Basically I want a user to select records from a view, hit a ribbon button, add a date/comment/input before the script runs.
