Which class or table method looks for either received or available quantity to be considered while posting the purchase order?

Hi All,

One of our client has created a purchase order exclusively for a particular Sales order. So when the ordered quantity has received , immediately he had posted the sales order. Then he is now trying to post the purchase order but the workflow is getting stopped. Throwing (Stopped Error). Error is " Update has been cancelled. 2 quantity cannot be picked as available quantity is 0"

Now what I want to debug is why is the workflow looks for the available quantity while posting the purchase order when there are received quantity?

Please help me by suggesting which class or table's method is triggering the logic?
