Delete PowerApp from page in D365FO

Does anybody know how to delete an powerapp tab from a page in D365 (see print screen). I'm able to hide, but on't see any function to delete te powerapp...

    Hi Nick, please kindly check following documentation where it is described how to remove an app: docs.microsoft.com/.../embed-power-apps
