Hello,
is there any reason why i cant change a caption from another extension with table extension?
The thing is, changing a standard bc field via table extension works - changing a field from another extension only works via page extension.
Is there any way to change the caption via table extension? I am asking because another modul uses the field caption, which is not affected by changing the caption via page extension.

sure i can change the baseapp captions, but not from another extension. I face the problem that there is a caption, coming from a separate extension, that needs to be changed.
Trying that via table extension does not have any effect. it only works with page extension.
