Error number 1002 an error occurred in the operation on return transaction

We have been facing this error on one of our POS Store, I searched the issue on LCS an got solution id 3368664,

there is already a default address record with valid dates but still getting this error. Any idea about this?VILEB-Return-event-log.pnghotfix.jpg
