Hi,

For some reason, looking at a RMS HQ enableed branch and the RMS HQ Server showed gaps in the data. For most dates its complete and the store numbers match, but for other dates, there are gaps. Is there a way to:

force an HQ sync only for a particular day ?

Is there an adjustment i can make so that i can limit the data in smaller chucks, but more frequent uploads, given the bandwidth is very limited?

Does HQ Server - HQ Communications Server - HQ client use some encrpytion coz I was told the sniffing tool shows CAPICOM in the data payload. If this is true, can you disable encryption to lighten up the load in bandwidth challenged stores.
