Hello.
I have a canceled PO PO002 with amt of $100. When i run the project summary report i see the 100 under remaining to Commit/Invoice section.
And scrolling down the project summary report i see my canceled PO PO002 with 100 under Original/committed and Change Order column.
Please advise how do i take out $100 of canceled po from proj summary report, ideally it should have been excluded by itself as it is canceled PO

If it is an older one, have a look at LCS first to ensure that this is not caused by a bug.

Please have a look at the following site (requires login) where you find a number of hotfixes that are related to R3, committed costs and purchase orders.

You might need the help of a developer to check what R3 version you run exactly and what hotfix might fit.

The version is 6.3.164.0. Ax2012 R3
Looked up in LCS & search result for "committed costs and purchase orders" returns no hotfix for Dynamics Ax Product type.
Was there any hotfix released for this issue, if yes can you please share it.
If there is no suitable hotfix for your version then I would recommend that you try replicating this issue in a different demo/test environment to see if you see the same issue there.
In case you can replicate it, open a new support case with MS.
Otherwise, try to find the difference in the configuration of your systems.
