Zetadocs Express - Failed to search for documents in Sharepoint

Hi,

We receive the attached and following error when opening a page that contains the Zetadocs control in our NAV pages -

Failed to search for documents in SharePoint. SharePoint could not complete the operation. The target SharePoint site is missing columns or the target list does not exist. Please ensure that the target SharePoint site has been configured correctly for operation with Zetadocs and that your system settings are correct.

We are using Office365 and have performed all configuration steps from the Zetadocs Express Installation Guide, and we have been able to manually upload documents in the Zetadocs Library in SharePoint using the same user credentials, the user is currently site owner. Log files have been checked and there are no errors, and the site settings look fine.

Any assistance is appreciated.

seems that there is a complete reinstall needed.

did you install the needed sharepoint components from the zetadocs package?

Hi Jonathan and Suresh,

Thanks both for your prompt replies.

Jonathan, we have installed the Sharepoint Components (Zetadocs SharePoint Extensions) from the Zetadocs Package.

Suresh, we have also seen and followed that link 'community.dynamics.com/.../96975.aspx&; you provided. From what I can see in that post the user who was having the issue does not specifically mention what resolved the issue, they only mention 'Much perseverence later...the installation seems to be successful!'

Update -

We have made some progress and no longer receive this message. The credentials were being entered as 'dns domain\username' instead of 'username@dns domain'. When we changed it we received an authentication error.

While logging into the Sharepoint site we noticed it initially redirects to an on-premise sign in (federated account), which works fine when using Sharepoint, but it seems like Zetadocs fails here with the authentication error. If we use a 'username@domain.onmicrosoft.com' account which is a non-federated account, the Zetadocs Add-In works ok.

Does anyone know how to get the Zetadocs Add-In working with on-premise/federated account?
