What is the latest version of RMS 2.0 please?

And how would I be able to get the latest file

Hi Dane,

Here are the issues fixed in Hotfix 61 (build 2.0.2023):

• Quantity Received to Date column in GMROI and Inventory Turns by Item at HQ reflects zeros instead of the correct data (according to the store level)

• "<<CStateMachine::ExecuteState>> Error 91: Object variable or With block variable not set (Unhandled Error, state=’9’) An error was detected, connection will be aborted.” When processing a Style 401: Data Upload worksheet in the middle of a transaction

• Matrix Component item LastUpdated does not update when modifying price in base Matrix item

• Option to “Display landed cost details” not saved in Headquarters

• Items duplicate on transfer in HQ

Just a note that Mainstream support for Microsoft Dynamics RMS 2.0 ended on July 10, 2016; and extended support ends on 7/13/2021:

This is less than 10 months from now; and you can continue using RMS after this date but technical support will not be available.

I would recommend checking with your partner in regard to what they may recommend as a replacement system after the extended support end date.

Hi Jeff, are there any notes on this hotfix release? Do we know if this fixes the asynchronous error received in Store Operations while entering purchase order on Windows 10 machines? There's also the issue of the RMS touch screen keyboard losing focus on Windows 10 as well but it works fine on Windows 7.

Hi Jeff, the latest version available on partner source is hotfix #60 KB3096600 Version 2.0.2022. Where can I get the latest version 2.0.2023?

Hi Iraj,

As was mentioned by Jeff, the latest build of RMS is 2.0.2023.

As the hotfixes may not be available to download from CustomerSource you can contact Microsoft to request them at 1-888-477-7877.

Please note that mainstream support for Microsoft Dynamics RMS 2.0 ended on July 10, 2016; and extended support ends on 7/13/2021:

This is around 18 months from now; and you can continue using RMS after this date but technical support will not be available.

Hi - 2.02.2002 is the latest version that I am aware of. The software can be downloaded via your CustomerSource account or obtained from your Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner.
