Dynamics 365 App for outlook throwing Authentication issue

Hi There,

Very strange but D365 App for outlook throwing an error when clicked on it.

Interesting part is when users are within office then issue does not come, but when users are outside of the office Authentication issue comes from outlook desktop.

Second interesting part is that when outlook is browse though web browser then D365 App for outlook works.

Can anyone guide me what can be the glitch here.

Further to my investigation i come to know that there is an IP that is intrupted .

do anyone know where to set this IP so it doesn't get any issue for network.
