NAV 2016 RTC Client become running web client

Hi Team,

   I'm wondering RTC client become working like web client after I link single-singon with office 365. Is it new features of Navision 2016?

Before Use Office 365 login (RTC)

    In my case, the first 2 screens (windows client and login screen) are same but once logged in using O365 then it was again windows client only.

    it seems the RTC is not yet completely logged in or etc. because that cancel sign in is shown only while logging in and not always.

    Hi Mohana,

             Thanks you for reply.  I agree with you, after Login successful Splash screen is popup and load the RTC, that i saw it on "How Do I Set up Office 365 Single Sign On in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015". In my case i don't see any splash screen after login successful (or may not). I'm not sure login loading time is taking so much because i'm running on VM (azure). Again, I don't think loggin is not complete because i am inside the RTC. I'll test again how long take a time to complete loggin into system.

    you are right. It is taking couple of minutes or more than that to login after splash screen.

           I found splash screen is showing behind the RTC after RTC is open as Web Client. RTC client nothing change until connection suspended. Still showing "Cancel Sign in".

    Finally, I found my mistake on "RTC ClientUserSettings.cofig". I miss "Reply URL" on "ACSUri" key value.

    RTC Config

    Specifies the sign-in page that Microsoft Dynamics NAV redirects to when configured for Single Sign-On.
    For Azure AD (Office 365) authentication, the ACSUri setting has the following format:
        https://login.windows.net/&lt;AAD TENANT ID>/wsfed?wa=wsignin1.0%26wtrealm=<APP ID URI>%26wreply=<APP RETURN URL>

    Eg. <add key="ACSUri" value="https://login.windows.net/xxx.onmicrosoft.com/wsfed?wa=wsignin1.0%26wtrealm=https://xxx.cloudapp.net/nav/%26wreply=https://xxx.cloudapp.net/nav/" />


    Web Config
    Specifies the sign-in page that Microsoft Dynamics NAV redirects to when configured for Single Sign-On.

    For Single Sign-On with Office 365 (Azure AD), the ACSUri setting has the following format:
        https://login.windows.net/&lt;AAD TENANT ID>/wsfed?wa=wsignin1.0%26wtrealm=<APP ID URI>
