How to duplicat a visit report

Hello to you all,

I just moved from Sales Force to Dynamics 365 Sales.

What I am missing is the possibility, to duplicate a Visit Reports, so I can add a new VR and keep the history of the previous customer contacts. In this way I only hve to open te last VR.
