Hi,
It’s not consistent, but sometimes when my users send a tracked email they give the formatting instructions as shown in the attached email.Frustrating part here is we can't produce this error in any regularity.
installed dynamics for outlook and connect to org then sent an email to yourself at an external address then reply back and forth eventually able to reproduce it.
Can any body please suggest me one this issue.
