Since 365 rolled out we have seen a fair number of problems, many requiring tickets to Microsoft. The latest is the inability to create cases, and the inability to save contacts. Both just sit there looking as if they are saving or opening but never getting there.
The admin portal claims 365 health is good but our experience is far from that. It is verging on unusable. I would happily have CRM back - 365 is adding nothing to our business just now.
Is 365 stable, and if there are known issues are Microsoft aiming to resolve them quickly?
