I am attempting a GP to Business Central migration and coming across the following error:
I have disabled the cloud migration, then gone through the cloud migration setup again. Once on the Cloud Migration Management page it is showing that /Cloud Migration Setup Complete/ but when I click /Run Migration Now/ I receive this error. Any idea what could be causing this?
Hello Brian. It sounds like you need to 'Reset Cloud Data' as the cloud data is hung for some reason, typically caused by GP data that BC cannot handle. To do so, from the Cloud Migration Management page, navigate to More Options>Actions>Reset Cloud Data. This will delete everything in the cloud and break that hung connection before you begin with a fresh migration. Hope this helps.
